Rooms are spacious and clean. The elevator needs attention; it was a bit slow. Staff was friendly and offered good dining recommendations. Valet parking is pricey at $40 per day.

Clean room and friendly staff. Valet parking is overpriced. Many dining options nearby within walking distance.

The room had an awful smell, and I found hair everywhere. Plus, the bed was lumpy, and I woke up with a sore back. It definitely wasn’t worth the money spent.

The room was clean and spacious, with a delightful mix of softness and support in the bed. Breakfast was a treat, and the staff kept everything well-stocked and tidy. I loved the peaceful location away from the hustle, perfect for a relaxing stay!

One of the highlights for me was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and really made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was also top-notch, with delicious options and attentive staff like Raymond, Andrea, Isis, and Yvonne. there were some downsides too. The room had a funky smell, which was quite off-putting. The air conditioning didn't work in my room, and there were ants near the refrigerator. Not exactly what you expect from a Hilton. On the plus side, the location felt safe and was easily accessible from the metro. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, though there were some hiccups around breakfast service, with misinformation and no apology for a missed service. Hilton Garden has its charms, but it definitely needs improvement in terms of room maintenance and communication on services. The staff's exceptional service stood out, but the room issues were a letdown. It's a decent option if you're looking for a safe location with good breakfast options, but be prepared for potential room maintenance issues.

The staff at the bar always had a smile and a friendly chat. The environment felt clean and fresh, making it enjoyable to relax while sipping a drink.
Breakfast was more fast food than gourmet.

Good location. That’s where the positives end. Exceptional staff at the front desk, but communication is lacking. Issues with my key card were handled well, yet the initial $50 charge wasn't explained. Misleading. Room was clean, but small for a family. Valet service could use some polish; interactions felt dismissive. Breakfast was included in my payment, but an additional charge was mentioned. Not ideal. I appreciated instant hot water, but small things matter—stopped toilets, flooding showers, and slow housekeeping contradict the experience. Staff training is needed. Hospitality should be warm, not cold. Would not return unless significant changes are made.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring Atlanta's top spots thanks to the convenient location near Downtown, Midtown, and the airport. We easily visited Philips Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Emory University, and GA Tech. The surrounding stores were a delight to browse, and we enjoyed leisurely strolls along Atlanta Beltline Start and a fun round of golf at East Lake Golf Club. The kids had a blast at Zoo Atlanta, a must, see attraction, while we appreciated the on, site health club and helpful concierge services.
My kids wished for a more extensive children's menu at the on, site restaurant.

A great fitness facility for those active vacations, steps away from top-notch shopping. Slightly South even charmed my sophisticated taste buds. Quite the upscale feel for a laid-back evening.
Who doesn't love bugs and malfunctioning safes in their hotel room? .

I really loved how this hotel is just a five-minute walk from Lenox Mall and close to many great dining options like Ruth's Chris Steak House and Fresh To Order, making it perfect for my weekend strolls to discover new spots; plus, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable for relaxing after exploring, but it could have been cleaner.

The location was amazing! Just a short stroll to several malls and delicious restaurants. Plus, being close to the MARTA station was super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and the room was comfy, making my stay enjoyable. The valet team was always there to lend a hand, adding a nice touch to the experience.
The noise from being near the stairs on the first floor was a bit bothersome early on. The breakfast selection was a tad limited, which was a small downside.

Delicious food and a great location, but the experience was marred by multiple room switches and a smoky smell that triggered allergies. Check-in was slow with just one person at the front desk, and the $35 valet felt unnecessary when I found open handicap spots nearby. The room was spacious, but the amenities, like the coffee maker and mini fridge, were hit-or-miss. The parking fees were confusing and too high, with additional charges for multiple exits. I wish for better service, cleaner facilities, and clearer communication on fees.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The room itself was spacious enough for a longer stay, which was a pleasant surprise. Temperature control was effective, maintaining a cozy environment. I appreciated the cleanliness; hygiene standards were met without any complaints. Despite the noise from the surroundings, the room was surprisingly well insulated. The staff was courteous and attentive, promptly handling any issues that arose, such as the fridge malfunction. While there could be more attention to housekeeping details, the overall experience was satisfying for a short getaway.

The staff, especially William at the front desk and Chad in the valet, were exceptional and went above and beyond to assist me during my weekend stay. The hotel is conveniently located near MARTA and shopping areas, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The bartender, Kat, provided excellent service with a great attitude at the bar, ensuring a pleasant experience.
Some guests experienced issues with parking fees and unexpected charges, leading to frustration. Additionally, there were occasional challenges with elevator functionality and noise disturbances at night.

We hit up Philips Arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium , so epic! The spot is close to all the cool stores and attractions like the Atlanta Beltline and East Lake Golf Club. Plus, the health club and free Wi, Fi keep the vibes strong. Zoo Atlanta was a must, see , absolutely dope!
Could use a better nightlife scene nearby for us young party, goers.

our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. Initially, we were assigned to a room above the external A/C units, which caused a sleepless night for me as a light sleeper. However, upon requesting a room change, we were upgraded to a really good room. The breakfast, although not included, was well worth the money with a great selection of fruit, yogurts, cereals, and cooked-to-order eggs. The courtesy bus service was fantastic, taking us anywhere within a 3-mile radius, and even offering to drop us off at the airport on our departure day. All the staff members were friendly and helpful, especially William at the front desk and Chad in valet service. Next time we visit Atlanta to see our son, we won't hesitate to book this hotel again.
While the stay had its positives, there were some downsides. the price of the hotel was quite expensive, especially considering the additional parking fee of $27 per night, which seemed excessive.
